This Terms and Policies describe the terms and conditions adopted by GET ONLINE DESIGNER in offering services, receiving payments, delivering projects, and handling cancellation as well as refund claims. It also illustrates the privacy policy adopted by the company in collecting and using your information. In this document, the terms‘company’,‘agency’,‘we’, and‘us’ refer to GET ONLINE DESIGNER whereas the terms‘client’ and‘you’ refer to USER BUYING OR USING our service.  


GET ONLINE DESIGNER is a company and agency that offers various kinds of online and digital services to companies so that they can grow their business effectively and efficiently. Being our client, you agree to use either one or more than one service at a time. GET ONLINE DESIGNER holds the right and power to refuse to deliver a service with or without any reason or notice. We offer a range of services such as logo, website, and mobile application design. We also proffer you website and mobile application development service and online and digital marketing service. Our services can be availed and bought by visiting our website and reaching us through contact us/inquiry form, email and live chat.


To avail our service, you agree to reach us for a quote. We will quote you in accordance with your specific requirements. You can also buy packages given on our Package Page. To buy a package, you need to click on the Checkout button and pay online. Once fixed or custom package is bought and you have shared the requirements, we will ask you to share your requirements in details. You agree that we will work on your provided details and any additional details or requirements submitted after the completion of the project will be considered additional. You agree to pay an extra amount for the additional requirements. You agree that the payment you make is excluded 6% sales tax as applicable in your state. You also agree to make the payment via either bank transfer, CashApp, or PayPal. 


GET ONLINE DESIGNER has the power to withdraw or modify the order with or without notice. You agree to inform the company within 12 hours after making the order. We will not entertain any cancellation request if submitted after 12 hours of placing the order. You agree that not all orders are entitled to be cancelled if they are already processed. Upon cancellation, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation request MUST be made in writing to avoid any confusion and gap in communication. Same conditions are applicable for refund policy.


At GET ONLINE DESIGNER, we collect your personal information such as your first and last name, email address, cell phone number, residential/official address (applicable only in printing service), browser data and IP address. Personal contact information will be collected through contact us, inquiry and order form. We collect browser data and IP address through COOKIE. At GET ONLINE DESIGNER, we use the data and information only for effective delivery of service. We guarantee that we will not sell or publish your data to a third party.
